To thrive in this role, you will need a solid technical foundation and a strong work ethic:

Knowledge: 2+ years operating wheel loaders in commercial snow removal, SWP/SJP safety principles, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and hazard awareness (skid steer experience is a strong asset).
Skills: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract (asset), proficiency operating heavy loader equipment, and mobile app site logging. .
Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in extreme winter conditions, maintain flexible availability for on-call shifts including early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events, and adhere strictly to PPE and safety protocols. .
