Original job description

Build New Business. Grow Lasting Partnerships.

For more than 50 years, Park’N Fly has been Canada’s leading airport parking provider, delivering convenient, time-saving solutions for businesses and travellers. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join our Corporate Sales team in Toronto.

This hybrid role is ideal for a proven hunter who is energized by prospecting, opening doors, and converting opportunities into new revenue. Alongside new business development, you will use strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills to grow a portfolio of corporate clients and build trusted, long-term partnerships.

You will thrive in this position if you are self-motivated, accountable for results, comfortable managing a full sales cycle, and confident engaging decision-makers across small and medium-sized businesses, travel management companies, and the broader corporate travel sector.

What You’ll Do

· Build and execute a targeted prospecting plan to identify and engage companies with corporate travel and airport parking needs.

· Generate new opportunities through outbound calling, email, networking, referrals, industry events, and other creative prospecting approaches.

· Secure in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers, uncover business needs, and present compelling Park’N Fly solutions.

· Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, close, and onboarding.

· Develop new revenue streams across small and medium-sized corporate accounts while consistently delivering against sales targets.

· Manage and grow an assigned portfolio by building trusted relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting client retention.

· Collaborate with Travel Management Companies to strengthen Park’N Fly’s value proposition within the corporate travel booking journey.

· Create territory and account plans, maintain a healthy pipeline, and achieve agreed activity, meeting, revenue, and growth goals.

· Keep prospect, account, activity, and opportunity information accurate and current in the shared CRM platform.

· Represent Park’N Fly at trade shows, industry events, and partner activities, and recommend initiatives that support short- and long-term sales growth.

What You Bring

· Demonstrated success in a direct B2B sales, business development, or account management role.

· A true hunter mentality - persistent, resourceful, resilient, and motivated by winning new business and exceeding targets.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to balance disciplined new-business prospecting with thoughtful account management and long-term client development.

· Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate activity and opportunity records in a CRM platform such as Salesforce.

· Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

· A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. A degree or diploma in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is an asset; knowledge of corporate travel, tourism, hospitality, TaaS, or B2B services is also an asset. French-language capability is an additional asset.

Why Join Park'N Fly?

Park’N Fly offers a competitive compensation plan, great benefits, and a supportive team environment where initiative and results are recognized.

Compensation for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 per annum inclusive of bonus and car allowance, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonus program is determined at the Company's discretion based on individual and/or company performance.

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Please note that artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools may be used in the initial screening and assessment of applications as part of our recruitment process. Job posting represents an active, immediate vacancy.
