The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure & Security team. This hands-on role spans Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, identity security, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, and automation. The successful candidate will help maintain secure, reliable infrastructure while contributing to modernization and operational improvement initiatives.

Day to Day

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage identity and security services, including MFA, Conditional Access, role-based access controls, and identity governance.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure while supporting modernization and migration initiatives.
• Administer enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring reliable data protection and recovery capabilities.
• Conduct backup validation, system restores, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity exercises.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Aruba and Cisco Meraki network environments, including switching, wireless, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to improve system administration, reporting, onboarding, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, network, and cloud-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and runbooks.
• Collaborate on initiatives that enhance system reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3-7 years of experience in systems, infrastructure, network, or cloud administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, identity management, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of Aruba, Cisco Meraki, or similar enterprise networking platforms.
• Strong PowerShell scripting, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-104) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, firewall administration, and other security technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and frameworks.
• Experience supporting cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and disaster recovery initiatives.
