As a Facility Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the grain facility.

As a Facility Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the grain facility.
Day to Day
- Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments
- Collecting and testing grain samples
- Handling and delivering crop input products
- Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
- Performing exceptional customer service duties
- Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
- Experience working in a customer service role is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
- Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions

Responsibilities
Move grain by loading and unloading shipments, collect and test grain samples, and handle and deliver crop input products. Maintain the facility through regular housekeeping and maintenance while following safety requirements and providing customer service.
Requirements
Candidates should have general labour experience, preferably in agriculture or farming, and customer service experience is an asset. A valid driver's license, ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds, tolerance for dusty or allergen-prone environments, and willingness to work flexible schedules in all weather conditions are required.
