Assess and manage lane rate pricing across transportation routes. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate and lock in competitive rates while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize the TSM to monitor, track, and optimize transportation processes. Recommend improvements based on system performance and operational needs.
Work cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
