Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Clinic: Canada Building Dental Group

We’re looking for a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Canada Building Dental Group, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Whether you're early in your career or bring years of experience to the chair, you'll be joining a supportive, professional environment that values clinical autonomy and collaborative care.

Specifics about the role:

Job Type: Part Time
Schedule: Thursday and Friday
Compensation: This is a commission-based opportunity

About the Clinic:

At Canada Building Dental Group, we’re more than just a dental team - we're a team for the team. That may sound unusual, but it’s the foundation of our culture. We’ve built an environment where supporting one another is second nature, and that spirit of collaboration directly impacts the exceptional care and experience we provide to our patients.

We believe that when colleagues genuinely like, respect, and trust each other, the typical stressors of daily dental life become much more manageable. Everyone on our team knows they’re backed by one another, and that shared commitment creates a workplace that feels positive, professional, and rewarding.

If you’re looking for a clinic where teamwork isn’t just a buzzword but a lived value, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses to assess oral health and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term results.
Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children, ensuring a gentle, reassuring, and inclusive approach to treatment.
Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations (fillings), extractions, endodontic treatments (root canals), and other clinical services.
Provide orthodontic and cosmetic care where applicable, experience with Invisalign is a strong asset and welcomed in our clinic.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to take ownership of their dental health.
Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a positive environment.
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.

What you’ll bring to the role:

A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of Saskatchewan, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’re someone who puts patients at ease and connects easily with colleagues.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care and efficient delivery.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask while keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do.
A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and caring workplace culture.

Who we are:

Welcome to Passion Dental Group, a team of dedicated dental professionals committed to providing exceptional care and building a community of like-minded individuals who share our values. We believe in creating a positive, supportive culture that stimulates personal and professional growth. We invest in our people first and create a community that fosters personal success.
