Mill Bay Dental Health & Implant Centre is looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to take on a unique solo-dentist opportunity within our established practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants more than simply another associate position. You’ll have the ability to build strong patient relationships, shape the clinical direction of the practice and grow with the clinic - with a clear opportunity to explore future partnership and equity ownership.

To help make the move easier, this opportunity includes a signing bonus and relocation allowance.

Mill Bay Dental Health & Implant Centre is an established, community-focused practice serving Mill Bay and surrounding Vancouver Island communities, including Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake and Duncan. The clinic provides a broad range of general, restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic and implant dentistry, allowing patients to receive comprehensive care close to home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centred dental care
• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families
• Provide a broad range of general dental services
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
• Collaborate closely with the hygiene, assisting and administrative teams
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice

What You’ll Bring

• DDS/DMD and a valid licence, or eligibility for licensure, in British Columbia
• Strong clinical judgement and commitment to high-quality dentistry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working independently while collaborating with a broader team
• A patient-first approach and desire to build long-term relationships
• Interest in growing your clinical scope and taking an active role in the future of the practice
