Shape the Culture. Elevate the Experience.

At Passion Dental Group, we believe exceptional patient care starts with empowered teams, strong leadership, and a culture where people can thrive.

As a Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in creating a positive experience for both patients and team members. You’ll help keep the practice running smoothly, support a strong and collaborative team culture, and ensure we’re delivering an exceptional standard of patient care.

Working closely with the Regional Director, you’ll take ownership of the clinic’s day-to-day operations and performance. From building an effective schedule and supporting patient satisfaction to coaching your team and achieving practice goals, you’ll help turn strategy into action and great clinics into exceptional ones.

About Our Clinic

Located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, Broadway Dental is a beautiful, modern clinic that offers a bright and welcoming environment with stunning views and the latest dental technology. The team is passionate about creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient and takes a collaborative, personalized approach to care, with a strong focus on communication, education, and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Love About This Opportunity

Opportunity to lead and influence a thriving dental team
Meaningful impact on patients, team culture, and clinic success
Work alongside supportive Doctors, Regional Directors, and team members
Autonomy to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Professional growth and leadership development opportunities
Collaborative and people-first workplace culture
Chance to help shape the success of a growing Canadian dental organization

What You’ll Be Doing

Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency.
Hire, train, and develop new office staff to meet patients’ needs and uphold the clinic’s standards.
Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, overseeing other HR functions at both clinics.
Create, implement, and manage an effective office budget.
Oversee the processing of insurance claims and billing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Deliver individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees provide outstanding client service.
Greet patients professionally and cheerfully, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments and organize the clinic schedule to optimize workflow.
Answer and appropriately route phone calls, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Utilize experience in internal and external marketing to enhance clinic visibility and community engagement.
Train staff on the use of Tracker software (training provided) and manage MaxAssist systems.
Perform other office administration duties as required.
Uphold and protect the culture at the clinic, fostering a positive and engaging work environment

What You’ll Bring

At least 5 years of dental clinic setting experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience.
Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Friendly, professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask effectively, working independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Most importantly, you're a people-first leader who understands that great results come from building strong teams and helping others succeed.

Why Passion Dental Group?

Broadway Dental Group is a proud part of Passion Dental Group - a dental service organization actually founded by dentists. We do things a little differently: our clinics keep their own culture, relationships and patient experience, while getting extra support behind the scenes - think resources, mentorship and learning opportunities that come with being part of a bigger group.

We're also Great Place to Work® certified, based on real feedback from our team about trust, leadership, culture, and feeling valued. It's something we're proud of and keep working to earn.

Sound like your kind of place?
