Registered Dental Assistant – Endodontic Specialty Clinic

Are you an experienced Registered Dental Assistant looking to take your skills into a specialized clinical environment?

We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join a well-established endodontic specialty practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced dental professional who is comfortable supporting advanced procedures, thrives in a precise clinical setting, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team focused on exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will work closely with the doctor and team to provide outstanding support during endodontic procedures while helping create a calm and positive experience for patients.

The Opportunity

• Full-time schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Work within a specialty endodontic environment
• Support a variety of endodontic procedures and patient needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confident chairside assistance during endodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to specialty protocols
• Assist with emergency patient appointments as needed
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
• Maintain excellent infection prevention and sterilization standards
• Complete clinical documentation and charting accurately
• Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Experience with Dentrix and Sidexis will be considered a strong asset
• Comfortable and confident assisting with endodontic procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a specialized clinical setting
• Flexible and adaptable when emergency patient needs arise
• Strong communication and patient care skills
