If you have dental experience, enjoy supporting people and patients, and are ready to take the next step into leadership, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Anytime Dental is building a pool of candidates for current and future Assistant Clinic Manager opportunities across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. You’ll work closely with the Clinic Manager, help keep the clinic running smoothly, support the team and patient experience, and step into the lead when the Clinic Manager is away.

For the right person, this can be a great pathway toward becoming a Clinic Manager in the future.

Why Anytime?

We’re part of Passion Dental Group, a certified Great Place to Work®, and we believe strong clinics are built by strong teams and leaders who care about both people and performance.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to clinic operations, team leadership, scheduling, patient care and business performance while learning directly from experienced leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting clinic operations: Work alongside the Clinic Manager to help keep day-to-day operations organized, efficient and patient-focused.
  • Stepping into leadership: Act as the management lead when the Clinic Manager is away, helping support employees, providers and patients.
  • Supporting the team: Help with coaching, onboarding, scheduling, communication and maintaining a positive and accountable work environment.
  • Putting patients first: Help ensure every patient receives a welcoming, professional and consistent experience from booking through treatment and follow-up.
  • Learning the business: Build your understanding of clinic KPIs, scheduling performance, production, collections, patient activity and other operational measures.
  • Keeping things moving: Help identify scheduling gaps, patient follow-up opportunities and operational issues before they become bigger problems.
  • Preparing for your next step: Develop the skills and experience needed to eventually take on a Clinic Manager position.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous dental industry experience, ideally in a busy clinical environment.
  • Some previous leadership, supervisory or senior team experience is an asset.
  • A strong understanding of dental scheduling, patient workflows, insurance and clinic operations.
  • A genuine focus on patient care and service.
  • Confidence communicating with employees, patients and providers.
  • Strong organization, follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in learning more about clinic KPIs, financial performance and the business side of dentistry.
  • A desire to grow into a larger leadership role over time.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required to align with Anytime Dental’s operating hours.
