· Oversee and delegate work to junior team members, including providing direction, reviewing work products, and ensuring adherence to applicable QA/QC standards

· Manage competing priorities across multiple transactions and workstreams while maintaining appropriate quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder communication

· Serve as an internal financial-modeling expert, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and advising colleagues on analytical approach

· Identify, develop, and implement improvements to internal processes, analytical tools, quality-control standards, and cross-functional workflows

· Manage and develop direct reports through ongoing coaching, feedback, performance management, and career-development support.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIRED

· Demonstrated ability to review complex analyses, identify errors or inconsistencies, and communicate conclusions and recommendations clearly

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for senior management and external stakeholders

· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and with external counterparties, advisors, and consultants

· Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams

· Strong organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent assignments and tight timelines

· Prior experience managing, mentoring, or developing junior professionals is preferred
