Pattison Food Group Ltd. is a certified Great Place to Work® and consists of Save-On-Foods and other well-known grocery banners. With nearly 300 retail locations, we proudly employ nearly 30,000 team members.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Finance Integration Lead to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 12 months.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading the integration of Finance requirements, processes, controls, reporting, data, and system dependencies across business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational needs. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, support business readiness, and facilitate successful transitions while influencing outcomes and partnering with functional leaders to drive execution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the finance workstream across design, implementation, cutover, and stabilization, while working with other project leads on cross-functional dependencies.
  • Completing the finance blueprint and maintaining requirements, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Translating requirements into clear process, system, data, reporting, compliance, and control requirements.
  • Facilitating testing, defect resolution, financial cutover, Day 1 readiness, hypercare, and initial month-end closes.
  • Coordinating PeopleSoft configurations, Chart of Accounts mapping, master data, financial interfaces, data validation, and reporting readiness.
  • Supporting the implementation of financial controls, reconciliations, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and finance governance.
  • Handling day-to-day issue escalation and resolution, escalating significant project risks and roadblocks, and supporting status reporting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover activities

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
  • A CPA or MBA is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting business integration, acquisition, system implementation, or ERP transformation.
  • Experience with financial controls, reconciliations, reporting, data validation, and process documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

You are:

  • A strong project coordinator who brings structure, visibility, and accountability to complex, cross-functional work.
  • Financially grounded, with a strong understanding of accounting cycles, controls, reconciliations, reporting, and period-end close.
  • Able to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and move deliverables forward without direct authority.
  • Analytical and proactive, with strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-aware, empathetic, and demonstrates a high level of emotional intelligence.

What we offer:

In addition to a highly competitive salary, we offer free parking, exclusive team member offers, employee assistance and health and wellness programs and opportunities for development and career progression.
