- A Pharmacy Assistant, Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist designation is an asset.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage, track, and appropriately escalate requests is an asset.

- Solutions focused, proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues, using feedback to improve training delivery and system usability.
- A collaborative partner, working well with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Organized and detail oriented, managing tasks efficiently and maintaining clear and consistent documentation.
- Adaptable and mobile, with flexibility to travel to pharmacy locations across Western Canada and thrive in a hands-on environment during rollout phases.
- Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and escalate concerns appropriately when required.
