Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation opportunities, defining automation roadmaps and championing independent business value initiatives outside formal project pipelines.
Developing business cases that quantify benefits, ROI, costs, and expected outcomes, and presenting strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Influencing investment decisions, platform selection, and initiative prioritization with senior leadership and the Intelligent Automation team.
Establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles, and reusable automation patterns.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption, operational readiness, and long-term sustainability of solutions.
Driving continuous improvement of Intelligent Automation capabilities, processes, and platforms across the organization.

You have:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in a large and complex organization.
10+ years of progressive IT experience including software development, automation, systems integration, and solution architecture.
Demonstrated career progression from software developer or engineer to technical leadership and solution architectural roles, with experience building, scaling, and supporting enterprise solutions in productions environment.
Strong hands-on experience with software development, process automation, systems integration, or cloud-based solution delivery, and a deep understanding of system design, debugging, and production support.
Experience working within complex enterprise environments, including Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, ERP, or related business systems.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, application design, data architecture, security, governance, and scalability principles.
