You’ll research prospective companies and decision-makers, start conversations with potential customers, communicate the company’s value proposition, qualify interest, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

If you’re comfortable with outbound outreach, motivated by targets, and enjoy turning cold prospects into sales conversations, this role is a strong fit.

Keep leads engaged until they are ready for the next step
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM
Update lead statuses, notes, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes
Ensure qualified opportunities do not fall through the cracks

Performance & KPI Management

Work toward defined prospecting and appointment-setting targets
Track outbound activity and meeting generation
Maintain consistent outreach volume and follow-up discipline
Monitor response and conversion performance
Continuously improve messaging and objection handling based on results

Stay organized while managing multiple prospects
Take ownership of your activity and appointment-setting performance

What Success Looks Like

Consistent generation of qualified sales meetings
Strong outbound prospecting activity
High-quality prospect conversations
Effective objection handling
