Part-Time Afternoon / Weekend Painter

PCL Graphics is looking for an experienced painter to join our production team on a part-time, on-call basis.

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for someone who may already be working full-time and is interested in supplemental evening and weekend work when our production volume increases.

Typical Hours

• Afternoon/evening shifts, generally around 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

• Weekend availability as required

• Hours will vary depending on production demand

• This is an on-call / as-needed position, not a guaranteed 40-hour work week

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience using the Matthews Paint System is mandatory

• Applicants must already know how to mix, prepare, match, and spray Matthews products

• Strong knowledge of professional painting and finishing practices

• Experience with surface preparation, masking, priming, spraying, coating, and finishing

• Ability to produce a clean, consistent, high-quality finish

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Able to maintain a clean and organized paint and production area

We are specifically looking for an experienced painter who can come in and contribute immediately. This is not a trainee position, and we are not looking to teach the Matthews Paint System from scratch.

The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and available to help us during production surges when our regular daytime paint capacity is full.
