- Participate in site meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and updates to trades and site personnel.
- Maintain daily site reports and records of construction progress, manpower, deliveries, and issues.
- Assist with inspections, deficiency tracking, and follow-up to ensure outstanding work is completed.

- Take ownership of assigned work areas and progressively assume greater site leadership responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive construction experience, including experience in a foreperson, lead hand, or site supervisory role.
- Experience on industrial or commercial construction projects.
- Skilled Trade Certification or a diploma in construction management or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work the required rotation and travel to other project locations as needed.
- A clear interest in developing into a Superintendent role.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and apply what you learn.
