Peak Performance Products is a fast-growing distribution company in the health, wellness, and promotional products industry. We've invested in the systems that power our business - ERP, WMS, CRM, and Adobe Commerce - and we're looking for the right leader to help us get more out of them as we scale. With roughly 80 users across a centralized distribution facility in Mississauga, we need someone who uses technology to solve real business problems, not just keep the lights on.

The Role

This is a business operations leadership role, not a purely technical administrator position. We're seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives on collaboration, builds efficiencies, improves workflows, and drives innovation across the organization - someone who wants to own the technology roadmap while still rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

The ideal candidate has spent real time inside a distribution or sales-driven business. You understand how orders flow, how a warehouse runs, how sales teams sell, and how finance closes the books, and you use your ERP, CRM, and other platforms as tools to make those things work better, not as ends in themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Department & Innovation Leadership

Lead and manage IT staff and contractors; prioritize projects and align technology initiatives with company goals

Drive company-wide tech initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Act as the primary point of contact for technology decisions and escalations across the organization

Create clear, scalable SOPs for technology use across all departments

Core Business Systems

Own the day-to-day optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our ERP, WMS, and CRM platforms

Manage system configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, and reporting

Troubleshoot operational and transactional issues across inventory, fulfillment, purchasing, finance, and sales

Oversee and coordinate customizations, integrations, and development work with external consultants as needed

Distribution & Warehouse Operations Support

Partner directly with warehouse and operations teams to improve fulfillment accuracy and efficiency

Support inventory management, cycle counts, picking/packing workflows, and operational reporting

Understand and help troubleshoot high-SKU distribution challenges

CRM, Forecasting & Sales Technology

Evaluate, configure, and integrate CRM tools to improve pipeline visibility and customer relationships

Implement and maintain demand planning and forecasting/reporting solutions to support smarter decisions

Support the sales team with reporting, data quality, and system workflows

Website & Integrations

Lead Adobe Commerce build-out, integrations, and performance optimization

Oversee integrations across CRM, eCommerce, shipping platforms, and reporting tools

Research, test, and implement new tools - project management platforms, data migration solutions, workflow automation, and more

AI & Process Innovation

Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in areas such as order entry, accounts payable, and customer service

Spot process gaps and propose scalable, practical solutions across departments

Security Oversight

Oversee the organization's cybersecurity posture using Darktrace for AI-driven network threat detection and response

Manage CrowdStrike endpoint protection across all company devices, ensuring policies, alerts, and response procedures are maintained

Monitor security dashboards, review alerts, and coordinate incident response with relevant stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Experience

• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting a modern ERP system (NetSuite experience a strong plus)

Strong understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows

Meaningful experience inside a distribution, wholesale, or sales-driven business - you know how orders are won, picked, shipped, and invoiced, and what breaks when those processes fail

Experience supporting sales organizations: CRM usage, sales reporting, and pipeline visibility

Proven ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, warehouse, finance, and procurement to streamline processes and drive adoption

Strong leadership background - capable of running a department while staying hands-on

Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams

Strong Assets

Hands-on background in distribution or sales operations (operations manager, ops analyst, sales ops lead, or similar) before moving into systems

Experience with Adobe Commerce, CRM platforms, and forecasting tools

Skilled at building SOPs and introducing technology-driven efficiencies

Knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in business operations

Familiarity with enterprise security platforms such as Darktrace, CrowdStrike, or similar tools
