Original job description

Established in 1986 in the Swedish mountains, our love for skiing in untouched terrain and embarking on adventures in the wild run deep. Our purpose is simple: to bring this freeride spirit to the world. With our products, we aim to make adventures possible 365 days a year.

We are driven by passion, togetherhood, responsibility and winning spirit. We know that an inspiring spread of unique abilities and personalities contribute to our dynamic culture and our success. Now, we are looking for a new talent to join our team.

Peak Performance is growing fast across North America, and this role sits right in the middle of it - one day coordinating a store opening or loading product for an event, the next managing athlete product orders or helping build catalogs for our wholesale partners. It’s a hands on role for someone who’d rather be part of a dozen different moving pieces than own one narrow lane.

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our retail, marketing, and operations teams, picking up real context on how a premium outdoor brand actually runs - not just in an office, but on the ground at stores, events, and in the mountains the brand is built for.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate events, activations, and new store openings.
Support retail and product needs, including seeding, samples, and training.
Manage product orders and catalogs for our retail and wholesale partners.
Provide general office and administrative support for the team.

Who we think you are:

Entrepreneurial and hands on.
Highly organized, with strong follow through across multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.
A resourceful problem solver who’s comfortable in ambiguity and happy working outside a rigid job description.
Someone who wants broad exposure across a business rather than one narrow function, and is energized by variety.

Job Requirements:

Previous marketing experience
Experience in sales or product education
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or a strong operations mindset
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
Confidence skiing and hiking in mountain environments
Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 75 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

What we offer:

We offer you an inspiring work environment where our values of Passion, Togetherhood, Responsibility and Winning Spirit are at the core of everything we do, promoting creativity, teamwork, accountability, and progress. You get the opportunity to work with a great team that shares your passion for sports and outdoor life. We are on a growth journey, finding our line and building our future success. That provides interesting challenges and possibilities in all roles for the person who is curious and likes to get things done. We’re small enough for you to play a key role regardless of your position, but big enough to have a global presence. At Peak Performance, you get the best of both worlds.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $60,000 to $70,000 per annum at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
