Vice President – AI Infrastructure | Toronto
Pearse Partners is working with a leading global investment platform to hire a Vice President to join its AI Infrastructure team in Toronto.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing investment team focused on one of the most rapidly developing areas of the infrastructure market, with exposure to investments supporting the expansion of AI and next-generation technology.
The Opportunity:
- Lead the evaluation, execution and management of AI infrastructure investments.
- Gain exposure to opportunities across data centres, digital infrastructure and AI-related infrastructure.
- Take ownership of complex M&A transactions, financial modelling and due diligence processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership on investment strategy and portfolio development.
- Play a key role in supporting the growth of the platform and developing junior team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Investment banking or private equity experience, ideally at the VP level.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution capabilities.
- Exposure to M&A, infrastructure, TMT or technology-related investments.
- Genuine interest in AI, digital infrastructure and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership, commercial judgement and communication skills.
