Ecommerce Specialist- Site Content & UX, Pehr

Toronto, ON | Hybrid

Pehr is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist, eCommerce to play a central role in bringing our seasonal baby apparel and nursery collections to market. You will own the product launch calendar, drive website content strategy, optimize for conversion, and ensure every new launch delivers a seamless and compelling customer experience on Pehr.com. You’ll lead site content, homepage and landing page development, SEO and conversion rate optimization - delivering a seamless, on-brand customer journey that drives traffic-to-conversion performance and supports Pehr.com revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Site Content, Merchandising & Product Launch Ownership

In partnership with the Digital Marketing Director and the brand team, develop the editorial and promotional calendar, ensuring timely, relevant content that aligns with brand campaigns and sales goals.
Own and manage the end-to-end product launch calendar, partnering with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Creative and Marketing) on launch timing and product setup in Shopify
Manage site merchandising, homepage, and landing page development to create compelling, high-converting customer experiences on Pehr.com
Develop a deep understanding of our products, categories and brand to guide the most effective, customer-friendly site content strategy
Lead the execution of promotions and new product launches in Shopify and prepare all supporting assets for on-time, on-brand releases.

Conversion Rate Optimization & SEO

Drive CRO programs through A/B and multivariate testing, UX enhancements and analytics-driven recommendations
Develop, write, and optimize high-quality website content including product descriptions, collection pages, landing pages, and category copy.
Maintain and enhance e-commerce product listings, imagery, pricing, and promotional elements to ensure accuracy and visual excellence.
Work with agency to develop and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search performance for new and existing products.

Analytics & Reporting

Complete daily and weekly site performance reporting to analyze launch results, traffic, and conversion metrics. Leverage key insights to guide future strategy.
Monitor site performance and user behavior using Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4) and leverage customer insights to inform site strategy
Define on-site KPIs, build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and conduct daily/weekly performance analysis
Identify optimization opportunities and execute A/B tests, layout improvements, and content enhancements to drive higher conversion rates through analytics-driven recommendations

Cross Functional Collaboration & Marketing Execution

Champion a consistent, delightful on-site experience that reinforces brand identity while maximizing conversions
Work closely with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing (Acquisition & Retention), Merchandising, Product and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and full-funnel alignment
Assist with the setup and deployment of email, SMS, banners, and other campaign assets as needed.
Support broader retention and acquisition initiatives through coordinated content and promotional efforts.
