You are a dynamic Programmatic & Data Strategist who excels in programmatic advertising, data, and marketing technology. As the go-to expert on Programmatic Deals, Data Segments, and Data Insights, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth. By working closely with sales leaders and client partners, you'll leverage your ad tech expertise to craft innovative, high-impact solutions. Additionally, you will pioneer the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize our operational workflows and generate deeper, faster data client insights. This role requires proactive research into new opportunities and the development of actionable revenue-increasing strategies. Ideal candidates have deep ad tech knowledge, a passion for programmatic, a forward-thinking approach to AI, and a drive to ensure client success through innovative data solutions.

Please note, this is a 12 Month Contract role

While this job provides the flexibility to work from home the majority of the time, it requires travel to client locations and our office at Oakville.

Please note we are only considering candidates who are eligible to work in Canada and are currently located in the Greater Toronto Area.

\nWHAT IS THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE

Serve as the sales expert on programmatic, data segments, and insights products, guiding sales teams to close deals and drive revenue.
Work with clients and partners to formulate programmatic strategies that align with their goals, delivering impactful results.
Collaborate with the sales team on pitch support, client presentations, and campaign optimizations.
Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate routine operational processes, synthesize complex datasets, and generate actionable insights faster for client and internal reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive better campaign outcomes and long-term relationships.
Monitor and maintain dashboards to track key monetization metrics and campaign performance.
Support financial budgeting, revenue forecasting, and assist in test plans for revenue optimization.

WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE

4-7 years of experience in programmatic publisher sales, data analytics, data sales or Ad Tech platform sales.
Proven expertise with ad tech platforms like GAM, AdX, DV360, TTD, Magnite, and Amazon TAM.
Practical experience utilizing LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize operational processes, and generate strategic client/market insights.
Proven experience in presenting media programs and solutions directly to clients.
Strong background in aligning programmatic and data solutions with client objectives.
Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and solution delivery.
Knowledge of supplemental programmatic technologies such as Open Bidding and Prebid.
Understanding of digital data collection processes and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with experience in extracting insights from data to inform programmatic and marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant technical field preferred.
