Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and deal targets.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-performance sales environment.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new business targets.
Confidence selling to Business Owners, Directors, Presidents, and HR leaders.
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in virtual environments.
Highly motivated, resilient, and competitive mindset.
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, develop, and succeed.
Comfortable working from an office-based sales environment.
