The Opportunity

This is your chance to take your sales experience to the next level -through our Trailblazer Sales Programme.

Designed to set you up for success from day one, this programme gives you hands-on exposure to our industry-leading services, world-class sales training, and the support needed to start earning commission in your first month. This is an office-based role, and we are anticipating a start date of Monday October 19th.

Base salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission

OTE:

$70,000 – $80,000 (tier 1 - new hires)

$80,000 – $90,000 (tier 2 - tenured representatives)

$90,000 – $100,000 plus (tier 3 - high performers)

You’ll have all the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed quickly in a high-performance sales environment.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

Doing a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day and generate a minimum of 3 appointments per day.

Working alongside a field sales colleague – you will be selling the fantastic services Peninsula have to offer to the small and medium sized businesses.

You will schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote Peninsula’s services, and work with your Business Development Manager to generate new business deals & revenue.

Daily pipeline building and management of pipeline will be key to success.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
