We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office(PMO) and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of manufacturing andcapital projects. This role will oversee projects ranging from facility improvements and manufacturingline installations to operational readiness and strategic business initiatives. Thesuccessful candidate will serve as a key partner to Operations Leadership, providingproject oversight, governance, financial management, reporting, and cross-functionalCoordination. The ideal candidate combines proven project management expertise, strongmanufacturing experience, and exceptional analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through closeout following PMO governancestandards and project management best practices.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholderexpectations.
- Develop project charters, execution plans, communication plans, risk registers, andstatus reports.
- Drive accountability across internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with organizational priorities.
- Manufacturing & Operational Readiness
- Coordinate project activities within manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Support manufacturing line installations, equipment implementation, commissioning,and startup activities.
- Work with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams toensure seamless implementation and handover.
- Facilitate transition from project execution to operational ownership.
- Capital Budget & Data Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financialreporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, and project controls tools to deliver KPI dashboardsand executive reporting.
- Analyze project performance data, trends, risks, schedule metrics, and costperformance.
- Lead variance analysis and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement,Manufacturing Leadership, and Executive Management.
- Prepare executive dashboards, milestone reviews, risk assessments, and progressreports.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Proactively identify project risks, constraints, and roadblocks.
- Lead mitigation planning and structured change management activities.
- Escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations and recovery plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience in Engineering, ProjectManagement, Construction Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience within a manufacturing, industrial,production, engineering, or manufacturing capital projects environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, KPI development, forecasting, budgeting, andexecutive reporting.
- Experience managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- Previous experience working within a formal PMO environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
- Experience with Power BI, PPM platforms, ERP systems, and project controls software.
- Greenfield manufacturing facility construction or expansion projects.
- Projects exceeding $10M capital value.
- Knowledge of Canadian construction, safety, and regulatory requirements.
