- Build and lead a team, providing clear direction, coaching, performance management, and development opportunities while aligning their work with organizational priorities.

- Develop an intake and prioritization approach that assesses change impacts, readiness, competing demands, and available resources.
- Guide enterprise and project-specific change strategies for initiatives such as core claims system modernization, and changes to service delivery.
- Advise executives, managers, and project teams on stakeholder engagement, employee impacts, organizational readiness, and approaches to understanding concerns, addressing barriers, and strengthening adoption.
- Provide an enterprise view of change by assessing cumulative impacts, organizational capacity, competing priorities, dependencies, and change fatigue; advise leadership on sequencing and resource allocation; and build organizational change capability through coaching, workshops, training, and accessible resources.
- Collaborate with project management, business analysis, Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, Human Resources and operational teams to integrate change support into project delivery, communications, and employee preparation.
- Establish measures of readiness, adoption, and sustainment, and report progress and emerging risks to leadership.
Experience and Qualifications
- A university degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, psychology or related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and senior-level experience may by considered.
- Approximately 10 or more years of progressively responsible organizational change management experience, with demonstrated success supporting the implementation and sustainment of complex change.
- At least three to five years of experience managing direct reports, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Experience establishing, rebuilding, or strengthening a change management function, including its mandate, governance, intake processes, tools, and measures of effectiveness.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology adoption, or service delivery changes, with a strong understanding of their impact on employees and operations.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and building strong partnerships and trusted relationships across business operations, IT, HR, Communications, Learning and Development, and project delivery, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs and strengthen change capability through coaching and training.
- Knowledge of organizational change methodologies and human-centred design, supported by familiarity with process improvement, Agile approaches, and project management. Change management certification is an asset.
- Experience in a regulated, public-sector, government-adjacent, or similarly complex environment is an asset. Insurance, healthcare, or unionized environment experience would be beneficial.
