Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex machinery, working independently, and traveling to customer sites?
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician with a background in CNC machinery, industrial robotics, automated manufacturing systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who enjoys variety, technical challenges, and working directly with customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Travel to customer facilities to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment installations, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, CNC controls, robotics, and automated systems.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Work independently while collaborating with technical support and service teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous field service or industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in at least one of the following industries: CNC machine tools, industrial robotics, automation, or packaging machinery.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with PLCs, servo drives, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
