Fulfillment Center Manager
Our client, a global logistics company, is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Manager to lead its warehouse and fulfillment operations. Reporting to the General Manager, Warehousing, this role will oversee operational performance, lead a team of managers and supervisors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in continuous improvement, client onboarding and the strategic planning that supports business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, including labour planning and resource allocation
- Leading, mentoring and developing the management team
- Managing client relationships, service expectations and operational KPIs
- Driving improvements in productivity, quality and cost efficiency
- Supporting operating budgets and profitability objectives
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and facility security requirements
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years of warehouse management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, third-party logistics and transportation operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve operational performance and build client relationships
- Budgeting and P&L experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS and TMS platforms, such as RF Pathways or CargoWise, would be an asset
