People Store Staffing Solutions is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst / Jr. Controller to join our team in Mississauga. This hybrid opportunity offers a broad, hands-on role for an accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of financial operations and working closely with leadership to support business performance.

As an individual contributor, you will manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting. You will also analyze payroll and billing reconciliations, gross margins and client profitability, while identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

We are looking for:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Strong full-cycle accounting, financial reporting and analytical skills
  • An understanding of payroll-intensive business operations

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions or professional services is preferred.
  • A CPA designation, or progress toward one, would be an asset. Familiarity with Avionté, QuickBooks, Microsoft D365 F&O or ADP Workforce Now is preferred

We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation, company-paid health and dental benefits, a welcoming and inclusive work environment, and more.

If you are interested in an opportunity where you can contribute across both accounting operations and financial analysis, please message me directly. All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential. I look forward to hearing from you!
