Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Business Analyst (L2 Senior) to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyze existing processes, and recommend effective solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing BRDs and functional specifications, and creating process flows. The candidate will perform gap analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and coordinate with development, testing, and support teams. The candidate will also support UAT, defect tracking, and solution validation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process flow documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify business process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams.
- Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and solution validation.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and organizational standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
- Knowledge or experience in SAP IS-U (Utilities).
- Expertise in Business Process Mapping and Workflow Analysis.
- Experience in BRD, Functional Specifications, and Business Documentation.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions or IT Service Management is preferred.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification is an added advantage.
