# Senior L3 AI Engineer – Enterprise AI Platforms

📍 **Location:** Montreal, Quebec, Canada

## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Senior L3 AI Engineer** to provide advanced engineering support across enterprise AI products, including **Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, and Google Gemini**.

The role will focus on resolving complex AI platform issues, configuring and deploying enterprise AI solutions, managing integrations and automation, and supporting new feature and model rollouts.

You will work closely with Microsoft and vendor engineering teams, while also mentoring Level 2.5 support engineers and improving the overall enterprise AI support environment.

## Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary engineering escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved by Level 2.5 support.

Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues across the enterprise AI product portfolio.

Configure, deploy, and scale enterprise AI products, including tenant and administrator configurations.

Manage integrations and automation across:

Microsoft 365 (M365)

Microsoft Entra ID

Microsoft Purview / DLP

Azure OpenAI

Connectors

Microsoft Power Platform

Collaborate with Microsoft and vendor engineering teams to test, validate, and roll out new AI features and models.

Balance rapid feature enablement with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Review Level 2.5 documentation and knowledge articles for technical accuracy and completeness.

Train and mentor Level 2.5 support engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting guidance and escalation procedures.

Own one AI product as the primary point of contact while maintaining technical knowledge across the full AI portfolio.

Drive incident management, problem management, root-cause analysis, and post-implementation reviews.

Contribute to the development of an AI agent to automate training, Level 2 support, and QA activities.

Support structured handovers and collaboration between Montreal and Bengaluru teams.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

**6+ years of experience** in an engineering, platform engineering, or senior technical support role within enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience deploying and supporting **AI/LLM products or Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale**.

Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise AI platforms.

Strong scripting and automation experience with:

Python

PowerShell

Microsoft Graph API

Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automation practices.

Experience with AI security and compliance controls, including:

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Microsoft Purview

Access Management

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SCIM

Audit Logging

Experience with connectors and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

Integration experience across Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and identity platforms.
