About Us

We are Pepoltek, an IT company building a portfolio of SaaS products used across education, HR, and enterprise operations, including BIDYATek, a school management platform for institutions across Bangladesh, our Intelligent HR Solution, a cloud-based HRMS used by growing companies, and an Enterprise ERP suite for supply chain and financial operations.

We are leading the build-out of a software development function to evolve and modernize business-critical internal applications in the aerospace sector.

The Role

We're looking for a senior software developer to join our internal team and play a key role in evolving our business-critical applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with existing systems, improving them, and bringing structure and performance to complex environments.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain internal applications: design, enhance, and maintain internal business applications, working with existing codebases and integrating new features smoothly
  • Own the full development lifecycle: participate from design to deployment, and test, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
  • Support integrations and migrations: support system integrations and data migrations
  • Turn user needs into solutions: gather user needs and translate them into practical technical solutions, collaborating closely with operations, IT, and leadership teams
  • Deliver insight with Power BI: build reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Shape architecture and standards: contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices, and promote best practices and high code quality standards

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of software development experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong C# and .NET expertise: .NET Framework and .NET Core, using Visual Studio
  • Solid data experience: MS SQL Server and SSIS
  • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Bootstrap
  • Hands-on Power BI experience building dashboards
  • Comfort with legacy and complex systems, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

  • Aerospace or manufacturing environment experience
  • ERP / MRP systems familiarity
  • Linux (Red Hat) knowledge
  • Data integration and automation experience
  • Bilingual (French / English)

Growth

You'll have real influence over technical decisions and the chance to work on meaningful, business-critical systems.

Why This Role Stands Out

You'll be working at the intersection of technology and operations, with the opportunity to modernize systems, improve processes, and make a tangible impact on how the business runs day to day.

Perks

  • Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Employee assistance program
  • Retirement plan
  • On-site parking
  • Casual work environment

How To Apply

Interested candidates should submit an updated resume along with a short cover or motivation letter. We'll move forward only with candidates who clearly show what they bring to the table.
