We are looking to hire the Marketing Manager for Protein Portfolio. Protein products are one of the fastest growing categories in all of the grocery store. PepsiCo Canada has a strong portfolio of brands and big aspirations for growth in these categories.

A leader and influencer, this role will build a strategic vision for the portfolio, set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. As a motivator and coach, the Marketing Manager will lead one direct report to drive the overall agenda for the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Positively influence organization to drive focus and momentum behind energy portfolio to solidify share growth for PepsiCo Protein portfolio
Lead the strategic planning and execution for our protein portfolio within the context of our total corporate strategic plan
Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of innovation and initiatives at retail
Work closely with US/Global Marketing teams to identify areas of future growth
Lead IAT teams and maintain strong agency relationships
Liaise with key partners (FOBOs, ACL, Field Sales & Key Account teams) to leverage DSD capability and optimize programs
Deliver volume & NR commitments across protein portfolio
Monitor portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and/or new opportunities
Effectively manage A&M budget
Build team capability and challenge processes for efficiency & effectiveness
Manage, motivate, coach and develop direct reports

Qualifications

Minimum of bachelor's degree
7-10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing
Demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing others
Strong conception and fundamental strategic thinking skills
