As a bilingual (English/French) frontline recruiter, you will support the success of PepsiCo Canada by leading recruitment initiatives that strengthen our ability to attract and select top talent.

Reporting to the Frontline Recruitment Manager, this role provides full-cycle recruitment support for frontline hiring, with a primary focus on recruiting for Supply Chain roles in Quebec and Ontario.

This is a hybrid work arrangement that can be based at a PepsiCo facility in either Saint-Laurent or Levis, with some occasional travel to other facilities within the province of Quebec. Ideally, the selected candidate will be based in either the Montreal or Quebec City area.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for frontline positions, from job posting through hiring.
Create, post, and manage job postings across appropriate recruitment platforms.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns, including high-volume initiatives.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain proactive and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Process background checks and ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate onboarding administration activities.
Ensure open positions are filled within established timelines while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Generate and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to support decision-making.
Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.
Broaden sourcing methods to ensure that there is sufficient candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

Bilingual (French & English)
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
Two years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR specialist capacity
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
Prioritization and time management skills to navigate a variety of tasks
Detail oriented with the ability to manage ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, organization, and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Some travel to PepsiCo facilities is required (primarily within Quebec)

Responsabilités

Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement pour les postes de première ligne, de l’affichage à l’embauche.
Assurer la création, la publication et le suivi des offres d’emploi sur les plateformes appropriées.
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sourcing afin d’attirer des candidats qualifiés.
Coordonner et exécuter des campagnes de recrutement ciblées, incluant des initiatives de recrutement accéléré.
Effectuer le suivi des candidatures et assurer une expérience candidat positive tout au long du processus.
Maintenir une communication proactive et efficace avec les candidats, les gestionnaires d’embauche et les partenaires RH.
Traiter les vérifications des antécédents et assurer la conformité des processus de préembauche.
Coordonner les activités administratives liées à l’intégration.
Veiller à pourvoir les postes vacants dans les délais établis tout en respectant les standards de qualité et de conformité.
Produire et maintenir des rapports et indicateurs de recrutement afin de soutenir la prise de décision.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes RH et les gestionnaires d’embauche pour répondre aux besoins en talents de l’organisation.
Développer et diversifier les stratégies de sourcing afin de maintenir un pipeline de talents solide.

Qualification

Profil du candidat(e) recherché(e) :

Baccalauréat obligatoire, de préférence en ressources humaines ou administration des affaires.
Bilinguisme (français/anglais)
Deux ans d'expérience à titre de recruteur, cycle complet, ou de généraliste des ressources humaines.
Connaissance des systèmes de suivi des candidats.
Expérience en élaboration et exécution de stratégies de recrutement.
Connaissances approfondies des pratiques d'embauche et des lois en matière d'emploi.
Capacité à prioriser et à gérer diverses tâches.
Esprit d'équipe, pensée critique et volonté d'apprendre et de produire des résultats, démontrés.
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, d'organisation et de communication écrite.
Capacité à respecter de hauts niveaux de confidentialité.
Aptitudes informatiques démontrées, en particulier avec la suite Microsoft.
