We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Architectural Millwork

Position: Full-Time | Reports to General Manager
Pay: CA$80,000.00-CA$120,000.00 per year

Backed by a team of 80 skilled professionals and a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. facility, we deliver exceptional craftsmanship at scale.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take complete ownership of projects from Order Acceptance through to Final Installation - delivering exceptional quality on time and on margin.
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Planning & Execution: Review IFC drawings early, identify risks, and establish comprehensive schedules for engineering, production, and installation.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, review material take-offs (Quoteworks), negotiate change orders, and drive progress invoicing to maximize margins.
- Cross-Department Alignment: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Field Install teams to streamline workflow and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Quality & Closeout: Oversee job folder documentation, ensure site readiness, inspect incoming raw materials, and manage post-install warranty support.
What we’re Looking For
- Millwork Expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial and retail millwork construction, hardware, raw materials, and on-site trade interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience reviewing shop drawings, working with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Copilot), Innergy, AutoCAD, and Adobe PDF.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot schedule risks, negotiate edge-of-scope details, and evaluate build-vs-outsource opportunities.
- Strong Communication: Outstanding conflict resolution, supplier negotiation, and client management skills.
