Facilitate design reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder meetings to support project decisions.
Monitor study progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
Coordinate with procurement, construction, operations, and project management teams to ensure study recommendations are practical and executable.
Prepare and present study findings, recommendations, and progress reports to clients and senior management.
Support the transition of projects from engineering studies into detailed engineering and execution phases.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration with the applicable provincial engineering association.
Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including demonstrated experience managing engineering studies.
Experience leading conceptual, scoping, Pre-Feasibility, and Feasibility Studies within mining, mineral processing, energy, or heavy industrial projects.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering design, project development, and study execution.
Experience managing engineering consultants, technical teams, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Knowledge of capital and operating cost estimation, risk assessment, and project evaluation methodologies.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within established project timelines.
Experience working in an owner's team, EPC, or EPCM environment is considered an asset.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and engineering study guidelines is an asset.

Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
