Oversee contractor performance, contractual obligations, change orders, and project scope modifications.
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, project teams, and senior management regarding project status, risks, and key decisions.
Prepare and present project progress reports, financial forecasts, schedules, and performance updates.
