Responsibilities
Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, service procedures, inventory, supplier arrangements, health and safety, and customer concerns. Oversee budgets, revenues, expenses, cash reporting, performance reviews, and marketing implementation while supervising more than 20 people.
Requirements
