- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
- Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
- Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
- Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team

Responsibilities
Provide memorable customer service, educate customers about pet care and products, and complete sales transactions while working toward store sales goals. Maintain store presentation and stock levels, keep pet care knowledge current, and contribute to a supportive and safety-focused team culture.
Requirements
Applicants should have a passion for animals, experience in a similar retail environment, and the ability to achieve sales targets and build rapport with customers and teammates. The role requires physical ability to lift products up to 20 kg and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
