Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on pet care and products to achieve store sales goals. Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure stock is accurately displayed and replenished.

Requirements

Candidates should have a passion for animals, experience in a retail environment, and the ability to meet sales targets. Physical fitness to lift up to 20kg and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays are required.

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team

Experience in a similar retail environment
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
