Porsche Centre Markham is seeking a dedicated Junior Parts Advisor to join their team!

What You'll Do

• Receive goods, check and count items unloaded from the suppliers and report any discrepancies to management.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts ensuring optimum customer service.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
• Pick parts using picking ticket and deliver to technician's work bench.
• Returns all parts from workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in automotive field would be an asset.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills.
• Acceptable driver's abstract and a valid driver's license in your province of residence.

Location: Markham, Ontario onsite the dealership

Reports To: Parts Manager

Compensation Range: $40,000-50,000 based on experience, skills and qualifications
