Audi Newmarket is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep our vehicle lot organized, presentable, and running smoothly. You will be responsible for the daily inspection, appearance, movement, and organization of new and pre-owned vehicles at the dealership.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure showroom vehicles are cleaned daily and assist with showroom organization as required.
• Rotate showroom and display vehicles weekly or as needed.
• Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Deliver and/or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
• Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and document any damage on the Bill of Lading.
• Report vehicle defects or damage to the Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensure adequate customer parking spaces are available.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom.
• Run errands for Reception and the Sales Department as required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive experience is considered an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• Clean driver’s abstract and ability to drive a manual transmission are required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
