Original job description
Calling CPAs: Build Your Career in the Okanagan
Phair Talent Partners is seeking CPAs from across Canada who are open to relocating to the Okanagan. We partner with public accounting firms and industry employers throughout the Okanagan Valley, where experienced, highly professional CPAs are in high demand.
This is a general call rather than a single posting. We are recruiting for mid to senior level CPA roles in both public practice and industry, and we want to hear from qualified professionals who are ready to consider the move.
A growing region with strong demand
The Okanagan is one of the fastest-growing regions in Canada. Businesses are expanding, firms are growing their client bases, and employers across the valley need skilled CPAs to support that growth. For CPAs, this means meaningful work with established firms and growing companies, genuine opportunities to advance, and a quality of life that larger centres rarely offer.
Life in the Okanagan
The Okanagan offers a relaxed pace of life, whether you're raising a family or simply looking for better balance. Short commutes mean more time for what matters, and welcoming communities make it easy to put down roots. Lakes and beaches, hiking and biking trails, golf, mountain resorts and BC's premier wine region are all minutes from home. UBC Okanagan, Okanagan College and Kelowna International Airport, with direct flights to major Canadian cities, keep the region well connected.
