ogistics is looking for an organized, proactive Dispatch Supervisor with excellent English communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and staff training.
- Hands-on experience with Dispatching, route planning, and coordinating drivers and loads.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of DOT Regulations and other relevant transportation compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with dispatch software, transportation management systems, and basic office tools (e.g., Excel, email).
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or freight transportation in a dispatch or supervisory capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, transportation, or related field is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Bolton, ON with flexible availability to support operational needs.
