We're Hiring: Distribution Center Supervisor

📍 Location: Laval, Quebec, Canada

🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations. This individual will lead a team, coordinate inventory activities, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations, including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, returns, and production activities.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop warehouse employees.
• Manage hiring, performance evaluations, employee schedules, and timesheet approvals.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and product allocation.
• Utilize SAP inventory management systems to support warehouse operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational workflows, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with inventory control and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a strong customer-focused approach while achieving departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• College diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment in a Team Leader or Supervisory capacity.
• Strong experience in warehouse operations and team management.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Must be available to work onsite in Laval, Quebec, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification with practical experience.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
