Create and track JIRA tickets for SAP compliance issues, technical problems, and system enhancements.
Execute testing and validation scenarios in CAM to verify system functionality before production implementation.
Coordinate with IT and third-party service providers on system-related issues and shipping system updates.
Support pre-production validation testing and provide backup assistance for material master creation and load sheet workflows.
Troubleshoot RF scanner issues, including user access, account creation, password problems, and technical support requests.
Develop, maintain, and analyze large-scale reports to improve supply chain performance and support stakeholder requirements.
Maintain and test the annual SAP calendar in coordination with transportation and customs teams.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
Proficiency in written and spoken French and English.

Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
