Monitor the department's shared email inbox and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
Maintain transportation zones in SAP to support customer creation and update customer-specific information in Transportation Management System (TMS) tables as required.
Manage in-transit temperature deviations for inbound shipments, including report generation, case initiation, and preparation of product disposition reports for Quality investigations.
Maintain non-inventory shipment records and supporting systems, including address books, mailroom codes, and carrier user accounts.
Maintain departmental archives in accordance with applicable document retention requirements.
Assist transportation specialists with freight invoice audits and related administrative activities.
