We are a Pharmacy located in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta attached to the local medical clinical. Located in the Rocky Mountains having access to numerous hiking/biking trails and Ski resorts. Open Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm and closed weekend/holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities
- FT/PT hours
- Engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections
- Dispensing activities
- Medication management including patient assessment and other professional services
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
- Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist with ACP in good standing
- Previous community pharmacy experience is an asset
- Authorization to Inject required and Additional Prescribing Authorization an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Kroll experience an asset
- Be willing to collaborate with other health care providers
