Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional clinical counseling and medication management to patients.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a small, collaborative team of technicians and assistants.
- Ensure full compliance with provincial regulatory college standards and pharmacy legislation.
- Manage professional services such as injections, prescribing (where applicable), compounding and compliance packaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
- Injection certification and valid CPR/First Aid designation.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for community-focused independent pharmacy.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
