Pharmasave Broadmead is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at our community pharmacy.

Our mission at Pharmasave is to offer exceptional patient centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients and are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy.

Hours of operation are 8am-7pm Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday, and 10am-5pm Sunday.

BC Pharmacist License in Good Standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
OAT Certification
Injection Certification
Ability to prescribe for minor ailments
Experience working with Kroll software
Experience working in a community pharmacy
Ability to deliver high standard of customer service and patient care
Ability to collaborate with our existing team
Certification to provide medications by injection
Strong computer skills (ideally proficient with Kroll)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding on proper billing and audit risk mitigation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and work as part of a team
Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
Takes pride in providing accurate, compassionate, and proactive care
Is interested in growing clinically and professionally in a community setting
Values teamwork, integrity, and patient advocacy
Experience in community pharmacy is an asset, but we welcome pharmacists at all stages of their career who share our vision

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care and practice the full scope of clinical pharmacy in a community pharmacy setting. Collaborate with the pharmacy team, build long-term patient relationships, and deliver accurate, compassionate, proactive service.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and have OAT and injection certifications, as well as the ability to prescribe for minor ailments. The role calls for community pharmacy experience, ideally with Kroll, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, sound billing and audit-risk knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
